Our down are washed with clean water and effective eco-friendly detergent by 5 up to 7 times at least for one hour. The material is washed with detegent and cleaned with water for at least one hour, then dried in steam dryer at temperature of 120c for no less than 30 minutes, it's clean,dry and free from blood skin.
Waterfowl down is the best thermal material in nature. Down cluster is light, fluffy and can retain static warm air inside duvet .Our down are carefully collected from non-epizootic area and thoroughly processed to reach above SUPERCLEAN level.
step 1.Washing: the materials (the mixture of down and feather) to be washed in hot water at a tempreture not lower than 70°C for 60minutes, then to be washed in cold water for 90 minutes 9 times, so that the cleanliness will get to 1000.

step 3. Drying and high-temperature anti-virus: to be dried and sterilized in a steam-dryer at a steam-temperature of
120 degrees centigrade for at least 30 minutes.
step 4.Cooling: to be cooled down and the impurities removed.
step 5.Classification: separate the down cluster from down fibre and feather fibre.
